2008 SNOW CAMPING ADVENTURE!!

You mean me?  Camp in the snow?

What are you ya.... CRAZY!!!!

That is right.... Troop 136 is excited to go snow camping.  This year we will be at Sugar Pine Point up at Lake Tahoe.  We have plenty of snow, so we will be able to build some really great snow caves to sleep in.

Of course a key part of having fun on the trip is to take the time to

BE PREPARED!!!!

There will be a mandatory Pack Check for all scouts that have never snow camped at the Troop meeting on February 18th.

The February Troop meetings will be about how to and how NOT to prepare for this trip.  These meetings will be very helpful.  Gear lists will be distributed at that time.     Troop 136 Snow Camping Gear List
